David M Docherty – Executive Director
David is a founder and Chairman of Thai Goldfields and Chairman of Khao Soon Tungsten Mining Co Ltd and the chief liaison in Sydney with Thai management.
He attends management meetings in Bangkok at least four times a year and regularly meets key Government and Department personnel on those visits.
David is responsible for the administration of Thai Goldfields’ Sydney office (including all statutory requirements) and is the chief liaison with Board members and shareholders.
Khun Thanasak Chanyapoon Director of Khao Soon Tungsten Mining Co Ltd
Khun Thanasak Chanyapoon (Thanasak) is a joint founder of Khao Soon Tungsten Mining Co. Ltd and a Director.
Thanasak is Managing Director of LawAlliance Limited which has been ranked as a pre-eminent Thai tax law practise for many years. He is also a Director of Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL, a major electronic manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Thanasak received his LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M from Chulalongkorn University. He has a Certificate in Advanced Taxation from the Thai Ministry of Justice and a Certificate in American and International Laws, Dallas, USA
He received an LL.M. degree from Cambridge University (Trinity Hall College) and is a visiting lecturer in both LL.B. and LL.M. classes at Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.
Khun Kampon Nillapongse – Acting Managing Director and Director of Legal Department
Khun Kampon (Kampon) joined Thai Goldfields as Legal Director in 2008.Kampon is responsible for the legal supervision of all statutory, administrative and contractual matters concerning the Company.
He liaises directly with the Department of Primary Industry and Mines concerning exploration licence applications and permit grants.Prior to joining Thai Goldfields, Kampon worked in commercial law in the property development and insurance industries.
In 2011 he joined the board of Thai Goldfields NL in a non-executive capacity.Kampon graduated as a Batchelor of Law at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University in 1991.
Khun Sucharoen Boonyalongkorn – Director of Government Liaison and Community Relations Department 
K Sucharoen (K Noi) has been Thai Goldfields’ Community Relations Director since 2004.
K Noi is responsible for maintaining relationships with community groups in all the localities where Thai Goldfields operates. He also manages the Khao Soon office and six team members.
At Khao Soon K Noi works closely with government agencies such as the Land Reform, Forestry the Environment offices and other local government departments.
Prior to joining Thai Goldfields K Noi was employed at the major Mae Moh Coal Mine in northern Thailand in various operational and safety roles for over 17 years.
K Noi achieved a Masters Degree specialising in Man and Environment Management from Chiangmai University in 2000.
Khun Boonta Chinrungroj Director – Accounting Department
hun Boonta (Boonta) joined Thai Goldfields as Director of Accounting in 2008.
Boonta is responsible for group company financial control.
She has 15 years experience in accounting and administration and has been in senior management positions for more than 10 years.
Boonta holds a Masters Degree in Science (Information Technology) and Bachelor of Business Accounting.
Khun Jesadaporn Riwattana Executive Secretary
K Jesadaporn (Mae) joined Thai Goldfields Bangkok office as Executive Secretary in 2008 and is a valued member of the team.
Her role includes support in a wide range of management, administrative and general office duties including translation and liaising with JV partners and government departments.Mae graduated with a Masters Degree in ‘English for Careers’ from Thammasat University (Thaprachan) in Bangkok
Khun Sakda Ritkoh Project Geologist
K Sakda (Sakda) joined the Thai Goldfields team as a geologist in 2003.
Sakda’s experience with Thai Goldfields includes multi-commodity mineral exploration, including hydrothermal and epithermal low sulphides, VMS and Carlin-type deposits. Sakda is experienced in surface and sub-surface exploration activities such as magnetic, radiometric, gravity and polarisation surveys and detailed geological mapping and geochemical sampling.
His experience extends to the management of drilling activities, preparation of DPIM reports and training junior geologists and assistants.
Sakda graduated from Chiang Mai University with a Bachelors Degree in Geology in March 2003.
Khun Anirut Moung-Um Project Geologist
K. Anirut (Mot) has worked as a Project Geologist with Thai Goldfields and associated companies since 2003.
Mot is experienced in surface and sub-surface exploration including ground magnetic, radiometric, gravity and induced polarisation surveys and detailed geological mapping.
His experience extends to detailed geochemical sampling including rock, stream, soil and pancon and also diamond, RC and RAB drilling activities and drilling preparation, logging and on-site management.
Mot graduated from Chiang Mai University with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) in 2003.
